We are so excited that you decided to participate in our QuickSmile Virtual Exam. The Instructional Video below will tell you everything that you will need to know to send us 7-8 photos and a video of your teeth and Smile. At the end of 3 minutes of instructions, PAUSE the video and use the 8-Photo Template as a reference when taking your pictures. Then take a 1-2 minute video of your Teeth, Profiles and Smiling face. Tell us your main concerns and your goals.  Videos should be 1-2 minutes maximum so we can send results ASAP!
